All research tools are shared with clients for approval. Where necessary, questionnaires are translated and back-translated. Piloting is conducted before fieldwork to identify and resolve potential issues.
Interviewer Training and Briefing
We provide detailed briefing documents and conduct structured training sessions with field teams before every project to ensure full understanding of objectives, tools, and quality requirements.
Fieldwork Supervision
Field teams are closely supervised through accompaniment, spot checks, back checks, and regular debriefings. Interim data reviews are conducted during fieldwork to monitor quality and consistency.
Data Processing
Data and analysis specifications are agreed upon in advance. Code frames are developed, reviewed, and validated. Extensive data checks are conducted to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Reporting
We deliver professional reports in Microsoft Word or PowerPoint formats. Full reports are provided at the completion of studies, supported by presentations and internal review sessions. Raw datasets can also be supplied where required.
